Resolve HP Printer Offline Issues Easily With Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1- Uncheck the 'Use Printer Offline' Status & Bring Printer Back Online

  • Firstly, got to ‘Control Panel’.
  • Then, open ‘Devices and Printers’.
  • Now, right click on your HP printer icon. 
  • Next, uncheck the “Use Printer Offline” option from the menu. 

Step 2- Clear Pending or Stuck Print Jobs

  • Open the Control panel from Windows search.
  • Click on Program and features. 
  • Then, goto ‘Uninstall a program’ option.
  • Next, select and remove your hp printer driver from the list of all applications.
  • Upon completion of uninstallation process, restart your PC.
