Troubleshooting Steps For "HP Printer Word File Not Printing" Issue

First, open the print preview option in Word to ensure that the document preview is accurate and no text or image is missing.
Word documents can be crisply made and formatted well so that while printing, the edges are not folded or cut.
Check your spooler server by- Click Start → Control Panel → Administrative Tools → Services → Print Spooler.
If spooler is not working, then stop the service and start again and check Word doc print test.

Firstly, download and install the HP Smart app from HP website.
Now from the HP smart app, select your printers model and then select printer settings to navigate to the settings screen.
Now tap ‘continue’ to enable the app to search for printers in the available network.
Now, add your printer to the app.

Firstly, check whether your device is connected with the computer over the same wireless network.
Next, continue to add the printer to the HP Smart app by selecting your printer from the displayed list. If your printer is not displayed, add it manually.
Click on setup option and tap on the printer and follow the instructions displayed on the screen to complete the setup
If still your printer is not shown, choose the ‘+’ sign to add printer manually.
Now Enable the print anywhere feature

Make sure that the wireless connection between your printer and computer is proper.
Open the HP smart app & select print settings.
Next go to the Print anywhere tab & sign in to your account.
Now log-in with your existing account details or create a new HP account.
Then, select ‘enable‘ option.
Lastly, go back to the printing screen & verify if the print anywhere feature is enabled or not.

Open a web browser on your computer and type “123.hp.com” on the search bar.
Now from the official HP website download HP smart app.
Once the app is installed, tap the icon to open it.
Once you open the app a welcome page will appear. Tap the terms and conditions section and then click on start.
Open the HP application and locate the document available for printing.
Select the document available for printing and preview the same in print preview settings. Adjust the document if required and click on print.
This app further assists you to select an ink cartridge.
You can adjust the pages by accessing ‘quality tools’ option to adjust the print quality effectively.
